What Youths Need To Know About How I.T Is Transforming Every Business.

Look at pretty much any business right now, and you’ll notice signs of an impending digital transformation. Call it a sign of the times since most businesses these days know it’s a requirement to incorporate digital strategies into day-to-day and long term operations. As a leader in the information technology and business management training space, we want to ease the pain of those changes and transitions for our youths who are about making the rewarding decisions from their careers. That’s why we’re constantly thinking of ways to make the required training more accessible and easier to consume.

Ultimately, Our Focus is about producing the best technologies to help companies take their employees from good to great. One approach is by simply creating awareness, providing relevant contents. This is strategic because we aren’t just producing a ton of content only to mirror what’s already in the market. Instead, we’re trying to produce engaging content in topical areas where we see a gap in the market. This allows companies to have the option of training specific topics in whichever delivery format you deem right for the particular team and instance. To facilitate learning, we’re constantly doing pilots and listening to feedback to enhance the training experience.

Our goal is to leverage the best of what is gradually changing out there with solid, measurable training facilities to create the best digitally trained professionals on the market. To achieve this goal of creating the best products, we spend a lot of time working with developmental trainings on pre-employment activities rather than just moving into the training phase. Many development companies cut corners to move through this quickly and cheaply; however, you often get what you pay for.

It’s no surprise that most Business Industries in Nigeria are beginning to adopt many strategic techniques within their firms to redesign their structure and centre it around i.t and our aim as an I.T and Business Management Training firm is to make this transition as smooth, and non-frictional as possible. This will simply require providing the adequate training infrastructure to train, implement, measure and maintain these developments such that the desired outcomes are achieved, even more than anticipated, efficiently and effectively.

However, our commitment to Youth Development and Capacity Building warrants that we ensure that the quality of the socio-economic, educational, and technical environment can square up to meet the requirement that such changes could affect or require. We can achieve this by equipping the necessary change agents. While access to technology and associated electronic content has significantly changed the lives of many young people in developed countries, this is not always the case for those in less developed countries like ours. Access to ICTs such as computers, mobile phones and the Internet, especially broadband, remains a challenge for most youth in the developing world we live in. In addition, the cost of ICT access (mobile phones and Internet) is much higher as a proportion of per capita income in these particularly disadvantaged countries.

Real learning and skill development are what managers and student desire. Staying stagnant will in no way help your customers or co-workers grow. We’re currently working on digital training portfolios in areas related to Microsoft, Project Management, Application Design & Development etc., but we also have other large topics on the roadmap that scale areas like Cloud and Cyber Security.

While access to technology and associated electronic content has significantly changed the lives of many young people in developed countries, this is not always the case for those in less developed countries. Access to ICTs such as computers, mobile phones and the Internet, especially broadband, remains a challenge for youth in the developing world, as they remain quite expensive and derivative in quality. In addition, the cost of ICT access (mobile phones and Internet) is much higher as a proportion of per capita income in these particularly disadvantaged countries.

The challenge is bringing together all relevant stakeholders, including governments, civil society and the private sector, and encouraging them to work together to provide an environment that fosters the development of young people and enables them to realize their potential in the Information Society. ICTs transcend borders enabling the communication between young people from every corner of the world, helping in the promotion of dialogue and mutual understanding. It is important then that international cooperation in regards to the transfer of technology is fostered.

We recognize young people as avid and creative users of ICTs, and as key contributors to building an inclusive Information Society and bridging the Digital Divide. In particular targeting girls and young women by promoting better and more inclusive access to ICT so as to promote their academic, social and economic development is crucial to not only bridging this digital divide, but also in helping close the gender gap.
