CERTIFIED LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT (CLSSGB)

Certified Six Sigma Green Belts are specially trained team members who assist Black Belts and usually work within their functional area. They work on projects part-time, but usually in a limited, specific area.

They are able to apply Six Sigma tools to examine and solve chronic problems on projects within their regular jobs and demonstrate enhanced problem skills using the DMAIC model.

The Green Belt has two primary tasks: first, to help successfully deploy Six Sigma techniques, and second, to lead small-scale improvement projects within their respective areas.

Manage Projects using DMAIC and DMADV

Understand Facilitation Techniques, Exploratory Data Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing

Understand Six Sigma tools

Understand Process Behavior Charts and Measurement Systems

Participants will be required to undertake and complete a Six Sigma Green Belt project before certification.

Overview

Comprehensive training and exam preparation to achieve Green Belt Certification with the International Association of Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) – the most highly regarded independent global Green Belt Certification.

This course is very comprehensive and doesn’t require any pre-requisite training. You will learn the foundation skills and develop up to the Green Belt level as part of this intensive 5-day course. However, this training does move quickly and covers a lot of in-depth information in great detail.

For participants focused on Certification preparation, it is important to know that the IASSC Global Certification is exam based. Which means you can sit the exam and become certified as soon as you have successfully passed the exam which is based on global benchmarks. Our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training courses are run by Lean Six Sigma experts.
